Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many artists around the world have found themselves without work, teaching, technical support, gallery work, exhibitions and sales have disappeared. In an attempt to help alleviate some of this stress @matthewburrowsstudio has instigated the #artistsupportpledge via Instagram. The concept is a simple one. Via Instagram artists post images of their work offered for sale for no more than £200 ($200, €200, ¥20000) each (not including shipping.) Anyone can then buy the work. Every time an artist reaches £1,000 of sales, the artist pledges to buy another artist's work for £200.
As many of you do not use Instagram, for this latest group of works I'm offering, I wanted to include you via my mailing list. Please find attached a PDF detailing 'Walks during lockdown' 2020 - 7 new paintings. If you would like more information or want to purchase any of the works, then please do contact me as soon as possible.
